Telephone
Our call center is located in San Diego and offers the highest accuracy
in phone data collection. Our representatives are highly qualified
and tenured. Many are college educated and all are bilingual with
Spanish being their native tongue. The sophistication of our interviewers
enables us to reach any respondent from consumers to the difficult-to-reach
B2B segments as well as political polling. The interviewers are
highly experienced in nearly all industries, including consumer
packaged goods, banking and finance, health and pharmaceutical,
automotive, technology, telecommunications, and the list goes on.
We employ various sampling techniques, depending on your requirements

In-Person Interviewing:

In-person interviewing can take place at a central location testing
area, on-site or in a mall setting. Through our many years of experience,
we have created strong relationships with the best in-person interviewing
facilities in the country. CLT (central location testing) can be
very challenging for those that are not accustomed to its dynamics.
We understand each market extremely well and utilize suppliers that
implement the most stringent standards in recruitment and interviewing.
Knowing the ins and outs of in-person interviewing makes all the
difference for an effective project.
Given the low internet penetration rate among unacculturated Hispanics,
in-person interviewing is generally the only way to reach this segment
if online interviewing is necessary.
Online
We have partnered up with some of the most respected online panels
in the industry. These partners employ cutting edge techniques to
maintain the highest quality panels. Detailed documents concerning
these panels are available upon request. Avanze is currently in
the process of building our own diversity panel.
Paper & Pencil
Paper survey methodology is still one of the most tried and true
survey methods available and is widely used in specific situations.
For example, use paper surveys when trying to reach a general audience,
workshops, and or where respondents may not have access to computers
or do not feel comfortable completing a survey on line. Generally
moderate in cost, these surveys also have the benefit of high familiarity
among respondents.
Web-based
Web-based surveys have many features one might expect from an electronic-based
survey and can be used when respondents are difficult to reach by
phone. Web-based surveys can consist of multiple pages, complicated
skip patterns, single and multiple choice questions, open-ended
and verbatim answers, quick reporting of results and many more advanced
features.
On-site/event Interviewing

allow us to provide top quality interviewing on-site at stores or
events.
